Philadelphia University:
As a representative of Philadelphia University’s Office of Information Resources (OIR), I became acquainted with One Source through the Vice President of Sales, Michael Melissas who was our printer supplier. At the time we were under contract with another vendor to support our printer fleet. We purchased printers from One Source and occasionally purchased toner when the vendor under contract was not able to meet the terms of the agreement.
In 2008 we began conversations with One Source to become the vendor for all of our university printer needs. After many conversations, we entered into the contract with skepticism.
